Return Policy

Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union - 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns:
